Deb has been an owner in the 899 building since 2012. She was working as an agent out of the Bennion Deville office in Rancho Mirage when asked if she would like to run the office at Desert Island. She eagerly jumped at the opportunity and in July of 2018 Deb took over Desert Island on-site office. Having been a long time resident and now on-site agent she has a devoted initiative in promoting the place she not only loves but also calls home.
Deb was born in London England and spent 35 years as an expatriate. She first went to Kenya where she met her husband, a Texan who worked in the Oil and Gas industry. At that time Debs husband, Tommy started a geothermal project working with the Kenyan government and world bank to provide free electricity to remote areas. This was just her family’s journey of the world experiencing various unique countries and cultures. While overseas Deb was part of boy scouts, girl scouts, international women’s association and various other expat associations. With many of these groups she was involved in raising money, school supplies, medicines, and travel expenses for many the local citizens in need. She was also involved with real estate in these countries finding people places to call home.
Deb says “My passion for real estate started long ago. I have been blessed with the opportunity to live all over the world. From England to Oman, Bahrain, Kenya, Tunisia, Venezuela to Texas and much more. Finding perfect homes for my family has become a second nature to me. After living all over the world, I have found my perfect paradise and home here in Rancho Mirage. Now I am able to focus all of my time doing what I love - finding my clients the property of their dreams. My expansive network enables me to open doors for my clients on all sides of the property equation. I make it a point to be involved and stay involved throughout all stages of the real estate process. I’ll guide you every step of the way, whether you’re looking to buy or sell.”
She says that “I feel extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity to run the real estate office here. I want everyone to please feel free to come by anytime, I would love to meet all my neighbors whether you have questions about real estate or would just like to chat I would really love to get to know everyone!”
